Manage Your Lists

A list in Octrace is your workspace for adding, organizing, and tracking potential leads. Create custom lists tailored to your sales workflows and projects. Once you’ve populated a list, you can display essential attributes like industry, revenue, and headcount to effectively segment and prioritize your prospects.

Creating a New List

To create a new list, simply select the leads you want on the search page after you made a search, click the “Add leads to list” button, and choose “Create new” in the modal and give your new list a name.

You can also create a list directly from the List Overview by clicking the “New list +” button in the top right and then adding leads to it afterward.
