To apply this logic to your own target group, follow these steps:

  1. Open the “Predictive Leads” Tab in the Dashboard

    In your Octrace dashboard, navigate to the AI section. There you can book a session for a data-focused kick-off call.

  2. Book a Call for Target Group Setup

    During this call, you’ll speak with one of our data analysts. Together, you’ll go through your existing customer structure, sales process, and relevant segmentation criteria. The goal is a clear, data-driven definition of your target group.

  3. Activation and Setup of Custom Trigger Logic

    After the call, we activate your access and configure the pattern recognition tailored to your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). This includes defining the relevant trigger sequences based on the types of signals you want to prioritize.

  4. Delivery of Your Predictive Lead Lists

    Once everything is set up, you will receive your individual lead lists — based on real-time signals and filtered according to your specifications. These lists are updated continuously and can be integrated into your workflow
